Join the Celebration! The Cambridge Science Festival – a celebration showcasing Cambridge as an internationally recognized leader in science and technology – invites you to join the fun!

Each year, we put out a Call for Entries, asking people to submit a proposal to run a program or host an event to be included in the festival.  Programs may include lectures, performances, activities for families, exhibits, tours, debates, workshops, or creative new ideas we’ve never imagined.  These programs are the nucleus of the festival.

We look for ideas that celebrate science and technology in ways that combine spirit, interactivity and audience appeal.

Festival participants are selected through a curated process to ensure quality.  Selection criteria is based on audience appeal, technical feasibility, site availability and funding.  Applicants are encouraged to involve community-based organizations in the planning and production of programs.

Proposals are requested in the fall for the following spring’s festival.  Please check this space every September for a new Call for Entries!
