Hideo Sasaki Foundation & The Designery believe that design has the potential to solve a lot of challenges, but that often the communities who have design challenges to solve are left out of the process. We employ high school students to learn about careers in design, fund community groups to host their own design processes, and sponsor dialogues around equity in design.
