About The Event:
Ever wonder how the beautiful space images you see from NASA are created? In this hands-on tutorial, we’ll learn how telescopes collect light from outer space and how that becomes a color image on your screen. Afterwards, we’ll walk you through combining real data we’ve collected on the astronomical object of your choosing into a full-color image you can print out or set as your desktop wallpaper.
