We will have several small activities available for children, families, and adults. We have a giant brain to take apart and put back together, and anyone can race against the clock to see how fast they can go. We will help you build a neuron with pipe cleaners, and we will make “brain hats” for you to wear around the festival! Along the way, we’ll explain the brain, neurons, and their importance in learning.

We’re a developmental cognitive neuroscience lab at the Harvard Graduate School of Education focused on typical and atypical learning trajectories. Our current studies look into the development of reading and math skills, and we hope to increase awareness throughout the community of the importance of keeping your brain healthy!
