Cambridge Foundry Maker Space Open Lab

Nicole Liu from VESTER Cafe will be leading a cooking demonstration at The Foundry’s Food Lab to allow participants to see VESTER’s cooking firsthand and explore their own creative identities as they connect to food.

Nicole Liu (she/her) is the owner and founder of VESTER Cafe. Nicole describes VESTER as, “a creative outlet to reproduce the tastes and flavors I’ve experienced around the world and all that inspires me. Smell, flavor and taste are triggering sensories and I wanted to create a community gathering space, a vacuum, that could transport people to a moment, feeling or place.” Nicole will be leading a cooking demonstration at The Foundry’s Food Lab to allow participants to see VESTER’s cooking firsthand and explore their own creative identities as they connect to food.
