Center for Ultracold Atoms Hands-On Demo

Join us to learn more about extremely low temperatures and experience some demonstrations first hand!

The event will kick off with a short talk by Professor Martin Zwierlein on the nature of cold. Demonstrations include a gummy bear ion trap, a tornado machine, a station to create holograms that you can take home, and a liquid nitrogen demonstration.
